After waking up day after day at 4:30am trying to get an appointment (Covid Vaccine)for my husband , myself and brother . I was ecstatic when I got an appointment for my husband on March 4,2021. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young lady and then were told to go to pharmacy. The pharmacist was siting a chair behind a plexiglass . She said that my husband Geraldo Santana was not on list, I explained that I made the appointment, and had the reservation on my phone.She robotically said â sorry make another appointment â. I then explained that I have an appointment on March 6 at another CVS and this appointment was for my husband. She then said you can take the vaccine in which I replied, why would I todayâs appointment is for my husband . We drove 1 1/2 hours to get the vaccine. She once again said in a non expressive voice â sorry make another appointment â. I requested to speak to a manager/person in charge. Her response was she is the person in charge. She never tried to resolve it or showed any care or displayed problem solving or help. It was the last appointment of the day. I asked her what will you do with the left over vaccine? I have reached out to Cooperate CVS and spoke to Customer Service. I requested that I be contacted concerning the situation. My request up to present date has not happened.( March 23,2021). Iâm confused, my understanding is that we as a country are trying to get as many people vaccinated. I did my homework ( spent countless hours to secure an appointment)and made the appointment.

   Read moreI normally patronize the Glassboro location. Since recovering from a fractured ankle using a cane, I decided to visit the Mullica Hill Rd. location. I am glad I did! Upon entering the store and experiencing discomfort in my ankle, I wanted to quickly retrieve a few items. Luckily, Diane, the cashier who was behind the counter assisted me in finding the products. She kindly approached me in a friendly and compassionate way as she led me to the correct aisles. After observing my limited physical ability, she graciously offered to carry the items back to the counter for me so I could be hands free. I was truly grateful for her pleasant and caring demeanor during this most difficult time. The service she provided reminded me of the services once rendered at the "Mom and Pop" drug stores of yesteryear. Diane is undoubtedly an asset to your establishment.    Read moreI began using this CVS pharmacy in the beginning of January 2024, before CVS, I was very fond of my pharmacist/pharmacy whom I have gained such an amazing personal/professional relationship with for over 30 years I decided to select this particular CVS store for what others have shared their experience with me, my experience so far has been excellent, beyond expectations as for being a new customer and having certain setbacks with my new insurance plan, they have been handling/dealing with all of any inconveniences that I have had with my insurance co. to date, I certainly did not expect the personal and polite help they have provided, helping me to save money on out of pocket expenses for my medications, absolutely not like the different pharmacies in other areas mine included absolutely recommend this pharmacy âââââ The store is equally great with their polite customer service help & support, organized isles and stocked very...
