UPDATE: Moved out and so relieved! I rarely give bad reviews but after living on the 3rd floor with no elevator, in this this nightmare for almost a year, I can tell you I have lots to say about this apt complex. First of all, the property management did not tell me a murder took place in the lot in 2021 where a man was shot and killed. I would not have leased had I known. It's in Google. Look for yourself. Here is the worst of the worst: They allow dangerous breeds of dog with no limit. I have never rented where they allow pitbulls and huge dogs at a major complex. There was always a limit of 40 pounds or under and no dangerous breeds. Not here! I had a dog lunge at me and I am short and scared me to death as the person who owns it could barely control it. Second, their visitor policy enables anyone to come and stay for 28 days a month and park there. There is no guest parking at all. So if you want to park close to the building in colder weather and not in the provided carport farther away you will compete with total strangers. Yes, they can go home 1 day and come back for another round of weeks of staying. Never experienced that before. Normally it's limited to 2 weeks a year with permission wherever else I have rented. So theoretically anyone as a guest can be there almost 11.2 months a year and not pay rent and get the same parking privileges in front as someone paying rent can. Does this sit right with you? It sure does not with me. Why are guests allowed to stay for so long? How is this legal? The minute I complained despite paying my rent on time and never having any complaints about me the staff was hostile and I never felt comfortable again. This is a huge red flag for any renter. They changed on me in a heartbeat. There is no light on the end of the building I am in by a field so if you park there it is dark and scary. They need a light there. Since I have lived here constant problems, marijuana smells all the time, break ins, broken shower, hot water went out many times and they finally fixed the boiler. I didn't know it was even a problem before I moved in. The hallways reek of pot all the time. Terrible smells coming up in my 3rd floor apt to the point I had to have vents shut. Dogs peed all over the carpet twice since I have lived here too. This place has had cars stolen, break ins and the security is not "on site". I saw security exactly 4 times come since I lived there. I spoke to 1 resident who had her jeep stolen right out of the carport near me. They did not put in new carpet as is what has been my experience in 4 states. Their fees are very high for many things. Carpet cleaning fee can be over $700 dollars and an early termination fee on your lease for over $2,700! Most are 300 in other states where you leave early as they can release it without a loss. I had packages stolen constantly and gave up having deliveries there. Oh and you will need Liquid Plumber constantly as the drains always clogs as well as the sinks! Ask me anything. I had a friend live here who left too and I am leaving in disgust as soon as I can. What I have been told by other residents to my face as the minute you complain, they treat you badly and that has exactly been my shared experience too. I have never been so disrespected by anywhere I have rented. Ever. Please understand they will show you the best on their website and other ex residents will be your real source for what is going on holistically. I especially hated the constant paper notes on my door. They email me so why paper too? It made me anxious. Absolute nightmare. Oh and if they do not like your comment on their website they will not let you post it. Oh and their response to my post will probably show they are more concerned with managing their rep than caring what I went through living here as a person with a disability. As a professional who works a lot, I never got any peace and have the Ring door camera footage and other photos I will post to prove it! I never had an apt complex have so much drama in 4 states! ...

(Breaking our Lease) "On April 8, 2024, They Cashed Our May Rent Check" - That is a Ripley's Believe it or not!
Our apartment: (As of the date we turned in our Apartment Keys) Dated: April 3, 2024.
NOT FIXED Laundry room since we moved in smells like Sewer. NOT FIXED They came out 3 times to check and fix with no avail. NOT FIXED One of our bedroom windows the seal needs repair for months or years. a. Been told not in the budget or perhaps in next year budget. b. Makes this bedroom hot in the summer and cold in winter.
Smaller bathroom sink has crack and glued to the counter informed mgt in the1st month. a. Implies that sink cannot be replaced without the counter. Paint job is horrendous that we had to repair many places. Carpet is so cheap less than one year show walkway wear. Many other items just shows that tenants very hard on APT.
I could go on and on, show pictures, but what is the point. And you still want us to pay Mays Rent!
“How Sad that they must like money more instead of tenants”.
Renters beware when looking at these apartments.
First of all, there are NO 12 MONTHS LEASES we never been told that the leases are 13 or 18 months. Nowhere on the lease papers does it show how long the lease is for.
When we moved in here was a great place to live here for about 6 months. Today to a point it is scary, has security issues and puts me at arm lengths to continue living here.
Also, if you are not going re-lease your unit you have to let them know 45 days before your last month rent is due. Also, you do not want to break your lease near the end of your present lease the costs will be staggering like thousands of dollars + your last month rental has to be paid as well.
May I add the management including the Lease manager will state differently thoughts, comments, or stories to a point that you will not know just who to believe! Persons that speak in forked tongues (says one thing and then says this else) will have to answer to their higher power who I call God.
I do not like post negative comments, but in this case, people have to know what is going on at the facility I cannot keep quiet about this to other people!
However, there are too many large dogs, unruly children, some children that beat on trees and branches with aluminum baseball bat and on small trees, shrubs around apartments. Also destroys tenants outdoor lighting and displays. Now the new thing is breaking glass bottles on sidewalks.

IN TODAYS WORLD YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT EVERYTHING BEFORE LEASING OR BUYING.
Thanks for taking your time in...
Read moreI currently live here and cannot wait for my lease to be up in a month. It is in a nice area, very close to 94 and Metro Park. But, kinda fall advertisement, the models are nothing like the actual apartment. It is fake plastic tile in the kitchen that dents super easy. The grout is practically black from lake of cleaning. It took me an hour to scrub the grout and make it white how it should be, so clearly they just do not care to clean it. There is dog hair painted onto the walls. I found dog hair under my drip pans for my stove. The carpet is coming up on all the walls pretty much. When we first moved in we noticed the carpet and asked for them to fix it, they told us they would have to stretch it out or replace it. If they had to replace it they expected us to pay for it, we just moved in and had ZERO furniture. The blinds clearly were not cleaned and neither was the carpet when we moved in. My tub is pealing, they had to come out and 'fix" it, well a month later it is pealing again. There is poor ventilation in the whole apartment, forget frying or even sauteing anything it will make the whole apartment smokey looking. The bathroom's ventilation sucks, if you don't clean it every few days mildew will be horrible. Honestly I wish for the amount I am paying for rent it should be a better apartment. P.S. the gym is missing dumbbells and medicine balls, it has been like that for a year and they still won't replace...
