3 years later and I'm still recommending Max PC in Harrison Ar. I know I can walk into this store with a problem and Milan will do everything in his power to fix my problem. I have had laptops repaired satisfactorily in addition to having purchased laptops from him. I have listened to the way he talks with other customers and he is very patient, especially with customers like myself who are computer illiterate. He doesn't just repair and sell laptops and computers, he tries to educate his customers. He takes the time to discuss security and backing up your computer, offering very affordable services. I needed my computer fixed, so I took it to MAXPC, but they were closed. I thought I was in too much of a hurry to wait until they opened, so I took it to Squaretek (huge mistake!!!) After 3 weeks and nothing but lies, I got my computer back and took it to where I should have. MAXPC has superior customer service, computer knowledge, and superior prices. Within a day, they were going to start working on my computer, but after talking over all the options with them, we are just going to buy a new computer. I was a victim of bank fraud and lost several thousands of dollars. I had to close my accounts and wait for my new cards to arrive. This left me with $7.00 in my wallet just before Memorial Day. My bank demanded that I have my computer "swept" before logging in to my new accounts. MaxPC took my computer, swiped it in three hours and because I had no money allowed me to post date a check for next week (from another bank) I've used this company for years and never thought to write a review.
