I am DISGUSTED by the service of this business! A friend invited me to go to this station & try the slots.. I was excited because I had never done so before. Worst mistake I’ve ever made.. the slots were so much fun to play!! But when I got to the point of cash out, I went to the desk with a smile because of my win.. when I asked the cashier Amy for the key, she frowned and asked how much my payout was... I smiled and said $100!! She told me she wasn’t able to pay out that amount at the time.. I didn’t think much of it because i hadn’t been there before.. so I went back and sat down. The lady brought me a ticket and said they’d call my name if I was there and if not they’d call my number.. after waiting an hour I went to leave / i asked the cashiers for their names (so I’d recognize who would be calling me about my money) I was told Taylor & Amy., so I started walking towards the doors & Amy rudely yells in front of the whole store full of customers that her & I don’t know one another.. I said excuse me? And she then yelled louder “I don’t think we fucking know one another” .. I was literally set back from how ugly and rude an employee was talking to me... I asked her if that’s how she treated all of her customers.. she followed me out of the store and continued to yell and cuss me and tell me “y’all come in here every fing night ect ect” I tried to explain it was my first time there & she then told me I would be banned from the establishment! My friend told me that she cusses customers all the time and always gets away with it. I’d like to know who the owner of this place is , if you can avoid this stop by all means do it.. the pilot has never treated me with disrespect as this place did. I will take my...

Really good service at the fuel desk. I was greeted with a Hello and a big smile.... Terrible service from the waitress that served me in Joe's Restaurant. But the other 3 waitresses working there seemed great. They were very nice, very professional and helped me to pay the check when I was ready to leave. My waitress disappeared after bringing me my food, and I never saw her again. Maybe she had a emergency, who knows...The food was ok, not what I would call good. I had the fish and chips with mac & cheese. Seemed like it had been deep fried twice as it was actually fried "hard" not crispy, hard...Great parking, great fuel prices and a great location... Just need a few more people that give a #! $@ in the restaurant....The visit here was the only time in my 50 years on this planet that I didn't...

Nice place to park a semi, food from the diner was just ok, but the customer service in there was wonderful. The showers need some attention. There's no exhaust fan or even a regular fan in there so it gets unbearably hot. You take a shower just to get sweaty trying to get ready again. And whoever cleans the showers needs to pay better attention or care more. There were multiple black hairs in the shower and on the bag of body wash (they also didn't have a dispenser for this...it was just sitting on a shelf in the bag). The showers are only $5. So the price point is great. Just wish it would have been clean and not so hot. I heard other drivers complaining of the same thing while I was there as well. Overall, I would stop here again, just maybe skip the shower unless they make some...
