Smoke Break — Local services in Harrisville

I went in for the first time today. I live nearby, and had read reviews etc. I was helped by the daughter of the owners. She was very knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and patient.

The shop is a little bit small, but the real estate is used well. I confess, i didn't memorize every single item there, but i remember seeing the obvious selection of cigars and cigarettes, as well as rollers and papers, to traditional wood pipes, and more modern glass pipes and water pipes ranging all in price and size and complexity.

There are also secondary products, such as a smoke buddy, which is a professionally made personal filter, for exhaling into, which significantly reduces any second hand smoke.

Went in today (4 November 2023) around 10:40 am. The gentleman working seemed not to understand what I was asking for in vape juice. I told him I needed 3 bottles of 12ml of Hazelscotch and he kept asking like the how much nicotine I wanted. I repeated myself again. Then when it was time to pay he rung me up and when I showed my military ID card to get the military discount he said he wasn’t allowed to do discounts. Then I paid for the juice and he put them in the bag, but he also forgot to ring up the coils I needed and so had to pay for them separately. never had a good experience here. I go in because it is close to my home but my friend just had a horrifying customer service experience with the manager and we will never be returning and I will be recommending everyone I know to never return. I had recently recommended friends come solely for the fact that I think they would love some of the products they carry but I will be making darn sure no one I know ever steps foot in this smoke shop again. There are far better shops with exceptional customer service and better prices near by and I will be going there for...
