I ordered an "Imagine by Riley Blake" charm pack. I received poorly cut 5-inch squares of "Dream by Riley Blake"

A charm pack is 42 5-in squares - i received 24 5-inch squares that were cut by the seller rather than by the manufacturer. Since they were not cut by the manufacturer, they are fraying.

This feels way too purposeful to have been accidental - hopefully, the seller refunds and pays for return. Based on the recent reviews, I doubt it.

If I had merely been sent the incorrect charm pack (in its entirety, in branded packaging), I would not be so ticked. But it appears they received my order, cut half of a charm pack of the wrong material, said screw it, and shoved it in a pouch to mail. The packaging and self cutting of the puesdo charm pack is enough to have me never try them again.

The shipping was prompt, though.

Seems to be a common theme here with the one star reviews. Stopped in with my daughter today. 2 women behind counter. Radio silence. No “ hello”, “can I help you”; nothing!! Not a big deal REALLY,BUT…when you go to counter with fabrics and looking for help for other possible purchases and not once do either of the women stop their conversation after 10 + minutes. You lay fabrics down and bail. Being that my daughter and I were traveling from out of state and had visited other fabric stores in Ohio that were all sooo very friendly. This particular one in Michigan left a particularly bad taste in our mouths. My daughter and I had similar thought” are all folks in Michigan this rude or was it just these particular ladies.” Michigan is much too beautiful a state to have someone act so ugly....

This is the most unfriendly quilt shop I have ever visited. We visited on 10/27/23. We were not greater when we entered and did not have any interaction with the sales person until we were in the last room of fabric and I was looking at a beautiful quilt on the wall. I was interested in buying the pattern. I didn't find any fabric I liked but my friend did. The sales person was like a robot giving her instructions on checking out and using the credit card terminal. Altogether an unappealing encounter and neither of us...
