Hartland Consolidated Schools — Local services in Hartland Township

Let’s begin with the fact that they don’t have enough transportation for the schools. I didn’t find out that my daughters didn’t have a bus route until the day before school started this fall. We are new to the community and it absolutely blew me that they waited last minute to tell me there was no bus route from my location to the school. So let’s fast forward to today where we have a snow storm and a half day with freezing temperatures and they don’t cancel school and expect people to drive in this. The roads are not safe at all.
