I’ve gone to JB Jewelers several times and every time the workers have been extremely nice and respectful and meet all of my needs at a reasonable price. I have found it immensely difficult to find a jewelry store and get the same respect, care, attention, and price that this location provides. It is clear that they care about the customer and want to make sure that you are getting what you paid. Also, the jeweler is real, some jewelry stores may try to sell fake jewelry without letting the customer know, at JB Jewelers provide real, authentic jewelry and will prove it to you if you become skeptical. Jack, John, and Julie are masters at their craft. I was in need of a custom made ring on a tight schedule and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen for me. From first contact to pick up of the ring everything went very smoothly; the customer service was excellent and they kept me well informed each step of the way.
