The Inferno Hartville — Restaurant in Hartville

Just tried this place for the first time. My Girlfriend ordered online and went to pick it up. The gentleman at the counter was rude and told her that her food hadn't been started yet. Anyway, she gets our food over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. She gets home and they did not give either of us our French Fries which came with the meals we ordered. My burger was meh...it was edible. Her burnt ends, which by the way burnt ends are supposed to be beef, were just cubed pork. They did not taste good. The potato salad, not good. We spent $40.00 on food and service that wasn't worth more than $10.00. We were not impressed. Cross this place off the list. We will not be back and will encourage anyone to go elsewhere. If you're going to open a restaurant, make sure you can cook. I should have just made a ham sandwich. I love ham. Inferno.....there's no fire here. I got my fries? Is that why I had to eat potato chips from my cupboard.I see you have a lot of negative reviews. I should have checked those before ordering from your establishment. Your response to my review tells me and a lot of other folks everything they need to know about you as a person and a restaurant owner. We'll see if you're still around in a couple years. I gave nothing more than some very hard criticism. A better person would have chosen to look within but you chose to be reactive. My review was truthful and was not directed toward you. It was for other folks looking for a place to eat. For the record. We did not receive our Fries. You either already know this and are lying or you did not pay attention when you packed the order. Will not be back. I had high hopes for the place but myself and 3 other customers waiting on their past due orders agreed "they're not going to make it".

SLOW. Every time I've even tried to order I got the same excuse "our cook left / not taking any more orders" . Fire the cook then!

DIRTY (dish washer guy carrying ONE "washed" spatula at a time by the metal part that touches your food bare-handed, after he gets back in from smoke breaks).

Food safety: while waiting on my food I hear the guy in charge yelling at the staff "If I find one more thing sitting out that's supposed to be refrigerated i swear to God!" - yelling at staff and the unsafe food practice are horrible things to do, especially with a room full of unsatisfied customers.

Service: even after you wait an hour past your supposed to be ready time, no apologies or discounts or anything offered.

Taste: Food was decent but 100% nothing special / not worth the wait. Decent taste is the only thing I can see giving a star for.

Nobody appeared to have any sense of urgency, lots of empty-handed walking back and forth, and not even the slightest clue what...

First the bad! When I ordered, the app said 60 min wait, after I paid, it gave me an extra 30 min wait. You walk in the door, there's a line. No one acknowledged me at all. I had to tell my name to the kitchen girl. The girl at the counter never looked up. I get my food, drive home, only to find the burger and fries are cold. Not just cold, but old cold! My husband said the calzone was fine. I called to get a refund on the burger and fries, I got an argument. Josh finally said he'd refund it. I understand they were busy, but no excuse to pass out cold food after an hour and a half wait! This isn't McDonald's! Now the good, there are other places to eat!

Edit to add: It took three months for you to respond, but I did want to add that I was refunded for the cold food. After reading newer reviews to see if you've gotten your act together, it seems you like to argue but you don't like to cook! So NO! We won't be coming back. Your food it too expensive...
