Service is horrible!!!! They do not meet expected time lines they set. If you didn't buy it from them you are definitely on the bottom of the list. This seemed to me to be an easy problem for a MECHANIC but ......

I took them a GC160 Generator that was running but not idling up when there was a demand to be serviced. They told me it would most likely be 1 month to get looked at as they were busy. I agreed. About fifteen minutes later after I left, the service department called and told me that it was not a Honda generator (see pic) as the labeling indicated, only had some Honda parts (engine)and was put together by someone else (generator). My thought was my problem was with engine. Through discussion they could still look at it and give me a cost to repair and if they could do it or if I would have to take it elsewhere because their mechanics only know how to repair their equipment. I called at one month and then the day before I ended up picking up the generator. They had not even looked at it. It was also funny that when I did call the woman said "oh yeah, I remember this one, this is the one that is not a Honda generator. Wasted my time and...

Excellent overall experience at the Hatboro location. Amy was my primary point of contact throughout this purchase/delivery and she was awesome! She provided me with informative operation and self care/maintenance instructions for my new tractor. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She offered me numerous helpful tips. She also guided me towards many great options that would work for my property while keeping in mind my budget. Delivery day was pleasant, quick, and easy. My tractor came in at the scheduled time and ready to go. Easy 5 stars. Thank you!

Edit: May 31 2023. I was interested in an attachment for my tractor so I reached out to Amy at the Hatboro location for more information. She helped me with all my questions and quickly got everything set up. She was extremely informative and quick to respond. My tractor was picked up on our agreed upon day, the attachment installed, and I received a call with the scheduled drop off date all accomplished under 48 hours. Not overly impressed. I was promised a loaner lawn mower as we were going over the particulars of the 18k machine I was getting ready to purchase. When the salesperson found out I lived 45 minutes away (not the 5 minutes he initially thought) he skipped a beat. I almost said "please don't call me tomorrow with some bogus story of how the loaner is broken." I really wish I had done that. Low and behold the loaner is broken. He then proceeded to tell me it would be too much effort to get a loaner from one of their other locations. This is after he told me how great their customer service was. THIS is NOT great customer service. I am not sure if they ever had a loaner for me. This was a last minute transaction right before a holiday weekend. I was actually a little surprised they offered me one. So this review is of Little's "(not so)Great" customer service not John Deere equipment.
