I used to have a membership to this gym, but I cancelled it almost a year ago. My friend was talking to me about how she wanted to start attending this gym because it was close to where she lived. We looked up this place together and I told her of my experience which was not all that great. I recognized all of the names of the recent positive reviews and that they were all part of their STAFF. Read moreI love this gym! Everyone at this gym is super friendly(even those that look like so called meat heads), and everyone is willing to help if you need it. The owners John and Amanda are always trying to improve their patrons gym experience by adding new equipment or new innovations to keep the gym up to date with the latest and greatest . For example they added QR codes to all the machines that can easily be scanned while working out, allowing someone to see a video on how that machine is used instead of having to figure it out from just a image. They also stock meal prepped food that is delicious and has a good variety. This gym is like a big family and is involved in many activities to promote healthy goals or make going to the gym fun. They have some of everything: boxing , yoga, powerlifting, figure/body building, group & individual training, highland games, strongman. This gym is very community & fitness oriented and if you are looking for a gym where they truly care about you meeting your goals or making yourself more healthy this is the...
