Hats off to Ryan(don’t know his last name)..I ordered in excess of $100 from Golden Chick with DoorDash to deliver. Order arrived missing two 4-piece catfish plates. Called GC and manager informed me the blame was on DoorDash. DoorDash DOES NOT fill the order, it simply delivers. Finally was connected with RYAN, so refilled my entire order and personally delivered. He even added some brownies. Did I mention that there were no condiments, straw or plastic flatware in first delivery bag? Thanks to Ryan, I will order from GC again. The food is good. This was my second experience. My first delivery was missing items and same manager gave me DoorDash to contact—lost that battle!!! Golden Chick is lucky...

I was initially excited to try Golden Chick, but my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment. While the first few visits were satisfactory, the quality of both the food and service started to decline within the first month.

My recent experiences have been plagued by constant order errors, including missing items and incorrect orders. On several occasions, entire parts of my order were left out, which is incredibly frustrating. When I tried to address these issues with the staff, the customer service was poor and unhelpful.

Not a fan. Against my better judgment we went in the first week they opened and it was super busy. The staff were obviously green and it showed. I ordered fried okra but didn't get it, got fries. I also ordered grilled chicken and the girl at the register didn't hear me? I guess, cause I got fried. The rolls have potential, but that day were undercooked and gummy in the middle. All three of our meals had the same undercooked rolls. The chicken was, also undercooked? I honestly don't know what the deal was, it was done but chewy and rubbery.
