Absolutely brilliant. Anthony went above and beyond the entire time. We had an issue with our cases when we arrived which meant we were at the airport longer than expected and we also had an issue with our phone so we couldn't contact Anthony to inform him of the delay. We expected him to have left as we were very late however he was still waiting for us. We used his services to take us to and from Pearl Harbour and again he was brilliant. We booked via email and he was very prompt in responding. The weather wasn't the best and he even offered us an umbrella. When we were ready to go, we just called him and he came for us ASAP. We used Direct Shuttle Hawaii for round-trip transport between the Airport and Waikiki. The owner, Anthony, drove us each way. He was prompt and courteous and his vehicles were clean and in good condition. He was friendly and professional and above all, a safe driver. At $50 round-trip, his price was very reasonable. This was the first time I booked with Direct Shuttle Hawaii and can’t recommend it enough. Very happy and impressed with the service. Email communication with them was outstanding. They went above and beyond to shuttle my family of 5 to the Hotel during a festival when Kalakaua was shut down. A week later they arrived on time to safely deliver them back to the airport.
