Wow! 1.6 stars! Congratulations! You had a custome leave a 5 star! That is impressive for this location with all the obviously annoyed employees. After a 5 minutes negoation with a robot and a 20 minute hold, the robot cane back on to alert me that the staff was going to lunch and would be back in 30 min and i could hold for the 30 min or call back later...... I decided to just head over to pick up a scrip that was called in the day before. Obviously it wasn't ready, so i just called my doctor and had it filled at the cvs in mineola. They had it ready for me and one lady even smiled when she asked "howcan i help you". So, walgreens, its clear you nolonger care about your customers and only feel responsible to your share holders. Thats cool.... wont be long and till the venture guys come in and gut the company and sell it for parts. That will give your poor management and salty employees something to be angry about. A typical situation. My dr sends a refill. I get a notice it is ready to pickup. I go to pick it up. I’m told the refill was denied, they didn’t get It, it isn’t ready, I already picked it up, they don’t have a record of that med, or, of me; it’s coming on the next truck. It may or may not be on the next truck, or the next one, or the next one. It can take weeks to get a common non-scheduled med refilled. If I request a refill more than 10-days before I’m out, they send a message it is ready, it is not, I’m fold insurance denied it. I have never ever experienced this at any other pharmacy. This happens regularly. Why do I stay. The next closest pharmacy is 30 miles away - 60 mile round trip. My scripts are common, normal, low dose, and, that I have that been taking...

Don't waste your time. This is the absolute worst, garbage, awful, place of bussiness on the planet. I refuse to call it an actual pharmacy. Drive the extra 50 mile round trip to lindale and I promise that you will still save time over dealing with this place. Prescription is never ready when you're notified that it is. The staff will lie to you about how much your doctor prescribes then when you prove them wrong they will say its your insurance then when you prove them wrong they will still just give you what they want. Don't even try to call on the phone, you will be on hold for hours until they close and they still wont pick up. Brookshires should be ashamed for even allowing this in...
