I want to go under a Anonymous name for this comment so when I don’t have anyone calling me out since they know me up there for my real name so I’m using a alternate google account I’ve been going there for years and have always used dr Hobbs for everything and never had any issues from spay to vaccines to boarding but there have been several incidents where the same girl that’s been up there for years with glasses I have over heard her bad mouthing her fellow co workers when they’re not around and even bad mouth the vets husband who’s up there saying that he doesn’t know what he’s doing makes me question if my animals are in good hands just feel like workers up there shouldn’t speak low of other workers there when people are waiting In the chairs upfront there’s a time and place to gossip but now infront of customers especially when you talk about how bad or incompetent they are makes me wonder if I’m leaving my animals with incompetent people like she...

Dr. Hobbs was great. Not the "friendliest" vet that I have ever been to, but VERY knowledgeable and explains complicated issues so that a layman can understand. I completely understand and appreciate that some people are "all business". Plus, this is the first time she has met us.

I have a reactive dog (only reactive to other dogs, is a cuddle baby with all humans), but I explained this when I made the appointment. They were SO kind! They had me call when I got there and came out to get me to come in a side door. I so appreciated their willingness to work with me!

Everyone from the front office staff, to the techs, to the doctor, were kind, professional, and empathetic. I will DEFINITELY be using this clinic as my vet...

When my kitty was having issues everyone handled everything with patience and care (and non-judgement for my “slight” panic and uh, near fainting… hahaha). They don’t overcharge for anything crazy and are up and front about prices, and keep the best in mind for both the pets and their owners. The doctor also was GREAT at explaining things, remaining calm, and she did everything with ease, skill, and confidence! I can tell this wasn’t her first rodeo, hahaha. I’m not sure the titles or names of the other staff, but every single one of them were very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Tigerlily is now doing great and I have hope that this little ol’ lady can live a good handful...
