It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a bad review. I normally only leave them when positive. BUT, we had so many packages stuffed in our mailbox last week that I had to get assistance. My husband struggled to get them out without breaking the mailbox. My first indication that something was wrong was the fact our mailbox flag was on the ground. There were 4 packages of baby items, and a package from a boutique with TWO jean jackets in it shoved in the mailbox!! Another time our package was rubber banned to the top of the mailbox because it wouldn’t fit in the mailbox….you can literally throw a package from your car and hit my front door or get very close to it! Today takes the cake. A brand new pair of shoes were in the mailbox to be picked up by a friend…I get notification that bins for a dresser were delivered “in mailbox” The mail carrier took it upon herself to throw the brand new shoes on the ground between ours and our neighbors mailbox in order to fit the package in the mailbox. This package shouldn’t have even been in the mailbox, it should have been brought to the door and the personal items awaiting pick up left in the mailbox with the mail as they both fit fine without the large package. The female delivery driver in the jeep is the absolute worst. She literally pulls over on the side of the road and tosses my packages over my 6 ft fence rather than walking 5 foot to deliver it just inside the gate. I've watched her read a package stating "GENTLE. HANDLE WITH CARE. LIVE PLANT INSIDE" Then toss it regardless. She has left boxes sitting ON TOP of my mail box (roughly 200 ft from my house because Hawkins demanded I put my mailbox there) where my package could have easily been stolen. Today takes the cake though. Sbe kicked at my dog through the fence. My husband saw her and said "DONT KICK HIM!" To which she replied "I just kicked the fence" Then hurried back to her car and sped off. Okay, who told you you could abuse people's personal property? Absolute worst Post office/mailing service I've ever seen. Instead of delivering packages to your front door this woman in the Jeep will cram everything into your mailbox. If it wont fit there she wont come up to your driveway & put it on the porch like a normal human. No. I've had countless items not delivered or missing.

I've ordered numerous of items before but this person on this route is the worst. Today I didn't get my package, my e-mail says that it's held for pick up? What? Why? Attempted delivery at 9 AM? My mail never gets delivered at that time & why couldn't it be delivered?
