They responded the day I left a message with Nick (owner). We made arrangements for him to come out to do an estimate a few days after our initial contact. He arrived on time and ready to work. We were fortunate, because he had a cancellation and scheduled us a few days after his estimate. On the day he and his crew came to work, they were on time and ready to do the job. They removed 4 trees safely and efficiently, to include an 80'+ Douglas Fire in under four hours. They conducted themselves professionally, and showed great respect for us and our property and the surrounding area. Nick was knowledgable about tree health as well as fire safety, he would take the time to answer my questions but remained focused on the task at hand. Having come from an area that is not full of trees like our new home, we were not sure what was needed to secure our home from trees planted to close to the home and overgrowth.
