ITS BEST TO BRING CASH MAKES...

COUNTERFEIT K18!! I bought K18 from FWS Outlet and realized it was counterfeit. Thankfully, they refunded me after I brought in my authentic K18 from Sephora to show the difference. The counterfeit was convincing, but the shrink wrap said “Made in China,” while the real product is made in the USA (as stated on the box). That’s what raised my suspicion. The packaging was close yet still a bit off.

I’m glad they honored the refund, but they need to double check their products instead of blindly trusting a vendor. Customers shouldn’t have to catch these mistakes themselves. And spend the time to drive back and forth for the purchase and the refund.

If you purchased k18 from them, please go ask for a refund. Two stars because at least they honored it and didn’t argue with...
