TO DATE (1st Delivery Experience): A client was able to find this particular facility fine (while using a Garmin Truck GPS device). If you’re using a different GPS device, just know that the R&B WHOLESALE facility is located in between (but in the rear of PUCCI SONS, 25447 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA, 94545 & LIFE CHIROPRACTIC WEST COLLEGE, 25001 Industrial Blvd, Hayward, CA, 94545). Also, using the Google Maps Satellite feature should be able to assist you in a positive way towards maneuvering to the R&B Wholesale facility, while avoiding hassles and road trouble along the way. Regarding the staff, the staff was professional and courteous. Regarding the live unload process, the staff safely unloaded the freight within a time frame of about 15-20 minutes. Regarding the turning room within the facility, R&B Wholesale has a small gated dock area that’s accompanied with vehicles in the docks and other vehicles parked within the small dock door area. So, a delivery driver has be to careful and mindful of the situation and the previously mentioned obstacles/objects. Regarding if there’s a driver lounge and restroom available, my client didn’t have time to verify because the live unload was quick and he didn’t have to use the restroom. Regarding if there is overnight parking, it appears as if a single semi-truck and trailer can find a place to park near the facility and PUCCI FOODS, but please be careful because things can change at any given notice. NOTE: Depending on your arrival direction, the turning lane space is narrow and short. So, there’s a likelihood that the delivery driver may “jump the curb” with his or her delivery vehicle (but that depends on the size and the length of the delivery vehicle). *Please refer to the uploaded photos for further support, verification, and sense of sight.
