We are a regular costumer of this branch of starbucks . We have been going here almost everyday for the last 1 1/2 years. We enjoyed their services before. BUT for the last few months. We observed that their services has declined, most of the time they lack basic or major ingredients....no whip cream, no crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch or sometimes they don't have your favorite drinks 😔 But today is the worst my friend and I ordered 2 Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frapp, Venti, with extra caramel and whip cream and one of the 2 orders will be having an extra crunch. We kept on reaping our orders and we asked them if they for our orders correctly ...and they said yes....so when we went to the counter...we got only one order. That's fine at first coz we can pay for another one and wait for it to be prepared. So we paid for the 2nd Frapp. So we thought we just have to wait at the counter or in the parking lot and have our drinks delivered. But they want us to get it inside the store. My friend said why should we the one to get it from the inside when they were the ones who messed up the order...then one of the staff said.. you are 2, meaning my friend and I equals 2 , so they RUDELY SUGGESTED that one of us should get our order inside...We got so furious 😠 😡 and we thought that starbucks are known to be a very friendly place and they value their customers by giving the best quality customer 😀 service they can give....but NO their rudeness continued when I got our 2nd Frapp inside , instead of apologizing to us....they justified what they did was correct that we made the mistake in order just one Frapp....now I was really so irritated and asked for the manager ,Brandy they said that she is inside the office. I cannot waste my time with these rude staffs because I Need to go to work. So I decided to put my feedback here. So what's happening to world class customer service in Starbuck. Are these young people never been taught to be respectful to others....or it's because my friend is African American and I am Asian and they think that we don't deserve respect. Read moreEDITED Wow. Thanks for nothing. And by nothing, I mean NOTHING!! I pulled in at 8:30am, Sunday morning. Seeing the long line at the drive thru, I parked and walked inside. There were at least 7 people working. Walking to the counter NO ONE made eye contact. NO ONE said ANYTHING. I walked up to the counter while the employees went about their various tasks. NO ONE said anything, no eye contact. I finally said "Hello?" to the person fiddling with the trash under the counter. She looked up, smiled - and went right back to what she was doing. I stood there a little longer... Nothing. So I said "Thanks!" And left.
Thanks for nothing. Thanks for helping me save money. Thanks for reminding me why I don't shop where there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Original...It's Starbuck's, you know the menu, you know what you're getting. This location is LARGE, comfortable seating, no rush. Right off the freeway, easy access if you know the exit. Minuses are - tiny lot, confusing drive thru. Update - parking is impossible at rush...

In terms of cleanliness, service, and parking. That's were the difference is.
This location tends to be a bit dirty. The trash is usually over flowing, the floors need to some sweeping, the counters need to be wiped and general housekeeping.
It's probably because they seem to always be busy and under staffed. While I believe the customer service shouldn't take a back seat because the management doesn't take notice, it's still a shame to have the barns represented in this manner.
PROS: it's Starbucks. The menu is all the same, close to my daily routine.
CONS: staff always seem to be overwhelmed, no time for pleasantries or small talk, need to step up overall cleanliness, always seems to be out of ingredients for my favorite drinks. Parking is difficult.
OVERALL: I will continue to go here because of its location, but if there's a better one on my way. I may...
