Customer service does not exist here even though there's contact info for a phone, text, messenger, and email.

I ordered my items on 12/12/23. Noticed that same night I ordered the incorrect decoy bag so I reached out that night to request support because there were no buttons to cancel my order.

12/13 a rep reached out that someone would reach out to support my request. That same day shipping sent me an email that my items are being shipped out. I responded that I needed to make a change to my order because I made a mistake. Shipping told me they can't help me.

12/16 3 days goes by and no response from anyone so I reached out again because my card had been charged, I haven't gotten any other update and no one reached out. By this point I've already tried to reach support via text, phone calls, and messenger. All routes were dead ends with no responses.

12/20 I finally get a response that my items have already shipped and I should see it this day.

By this point I'm frustrated but still gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was due to the hectic holiday schedule and that was what caused the slow responses so I waited till after the holidays to reach out again.

1/28 Still not much of an improvement to the responses. I had to question whether I had to also pay for the return before someone informed they could send a return label.

Overall experience. 3.5/5 for shipping things out. Would be higher but I had to pay for my own shipping which was $50+.

1/5 for customer service.

If I had not yet opened the silhouettes I would have returned the whole $500+ items that I ordered.

I like supporting small business. It's unfortunate but I will not be ordering anything anymore from here. Hopefully your experiences are better than mine. Hopefully customer...

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They won’t answer phone calls, text, or emails regarding an order. (Which I do have proof of all of the attempts made!) After several emails regarding an order and not hearing back within a couple of days, I finally received one back days later, I responded asking a question and never heard back. Was supposed to have someone from the company call me back yesterday and that never happened so I decided to try multiple times today to call them and still haven’t gotten a response or call back. I ordered one of their products almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. A shipping label was created almost 2 weeks ago but still has not even gotten to the post office. The one person I spoke to on the phone said that the package left the warehouse even though USPS said they never received it and that she would keep an eye on it the tracking and call me back the next day, which never happened. After finally getting an email back from the company, they said that they were out of stock and would be getting some more within a couple of days. Even though I had purchased weeks prior and it said it was in stock when I purchased. Extremely unsatisfied, especially with it being a Christmas gift and so close to Christmas now.

Update- They shipped the product out to me when it was back in stock. They used UPS and it came very quick. I am satisfied that they sent it to me quicker to be able to get here before Christmas. Thank you Dive Bomb for making the situation better. I still wish there was better customer service that way it’s not so difficult to get any kind of assistance...

This company was advertised via my instagram. I thought, great a new ad that I'm going to keep passing over. However, I saw the slip on shoes a thought they looked pretty cool. Compared to my other pair (hey dudes). They seemed to have a better overall quality. The ad showed water resistant material with a better heel support. I figured I’d give them a try.

I purchased the Deep Moss slip on shoes size 13. When they arrived I noticed a pretty decent sized blemish on the shoe. I contacted their support team and they handled it immediately. They sent me a new pair without question. The amount of care this company provided and how prompt they were was unheard of compared to other major companies. They truly went above and beyond.

Now the shoe…. It truly is as comfortable as they market. The shoe stays on without issue and the durability of it out weighs the competitors without question. The comfort and durability sold me. I would recommend this company and this slip on shoe to anyone that lives an urban, country, or...
