There is no telling how much money this company has missed out on because their vending machines are junk. I’d say about 80% of the time that I try to get a soda, it won’t accept my card. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card. It works perfectly fine everywhere else. I’m not the only person this happens to either. I’ve heard other people complain about this same issue. And no, I RARELY carry cash on me. The machine has a card reader, so it should work!
Any time I have a craving for a soda and decide to go to the machine it’s like I’m gambling. The odds are stacked against me that I’ll walk away with one, but I still try anyway because there is that small chance that the machine might work that day. I typically walk away disappointed. Read moreVery frustrated with the person they have servicing our machine. I am often unable to leave the building I work in and would like to make more frequent use of their machines. The young man they have stocking the machines does not seem to have any logic behind what he does. We run out of Red Bull and Monster within days of it being filled but he continues to stock it with things no one drinks. I think I saw 4 rows of Sprite and I have never seen anyone drink a sprite here. We are working early and overnight shifts. We need caffeine. There is NO contact info given in the area, you are forced to do research to try and find a phone number for help. After I did find their phone number, they never answer the phone. It eventually goes to their voicemail, which they have yet to return my call. Have called them multiple times with the same results. I did by accident run across the gentleman who was restocking.
