We came in for Glow Bowling on Friday night after seeing it under the specials tab on the website. Was immediately informed “in the future you have to call ahead to reserve a lane.” We asked where it was stated on the website that a reservation was needed because the page I saw had no indication of a call ahead required. They approached shortly before we had started bowling to show me the online flyer that you would need to scroll all the way to the bottom of the landing page to find where it says to call ahead. When showing him where I was looking at the website where there was no mention of the call ahead he asked “where I was on the website”, completely dismissed the Specials navigation, took me back to the main page to scroll it down and show me where the flyer was again. No grace in handling a simple communication to inform them that the website could get updated under the specials and I would’ve called in rather than dropping by to full confusion at the counter. Staff was cold and unfriendly the rest of the night, from shoe rental to leaving at midnight. Snack Bar made ordering a pizza a hassle since they were “closing in one minute” and were reserved in wanting to make one last order before they closed for the night with more than an hour left of bowling still to be done. Overall disappointed with the customer service of the establishment. Attached photos to show the two clicks and half a screen scroll you take to see Glow Bowling with no reservation mentioned versus how far down the page you have to go to find the flyer.

I purchased a Groupon pass for six people to bowl for two hours, a pizza and pitcher of pop. My two highschool friends and I brought our children for a night out. It was a wonderful time! Such a blessing to see the children of this generation INTERACT with each other instead of having screen time. Each one of us adults professed to taking our kids bowling in the future with our families as it was a HEALTHY entertainment. The environment at Park Lanes was clean and service was exceptional. We ended up adding on an extra hour of bowling and eating another yummy pizza. Definitely a redo!! Thank you for an amazingly happy moment Park Lanes and staff for not only the bowling, but for something more beautiful...allowing us to forge a memory of simple shared happiness...a real blessing.

I don't recommend this place. The wait was an hour and a half. They wouldn't let me pay until we had a lane, but wouldn't apply the discount on food until we paid. So I'm left entertaining four hungry children for an hour. Their response, "well you can pay full price for food until you bowl". How do you think I justified the cost of having a "fun family night out"? No thanks, not doing this again. Oh, and they had lanes not being used too.

I’d give NO stars if it was an option, but they at least get a the 1 star for the young boy who was working that night. 2/8 (Although I felt he was being taken advantage of because the other workers were being rude/demanding to him) He was nice and helpful to me at least and also the food worker girls were nice too. Other than that our experience this past time was AWFUL!!! We booked 3 lanes for our Sons birthday. Spent TONS of money (Hundreds of dollars) to make sure our family & friends had a special/fun night. Between our group spending a lot of money on shooting pool, bowling, food, drinks, adult beverages, and extra amenities they made a lot of money from just our group alone!!! We’ve had a lot of gatherings here over the years and I HATE that this time we were treated soooo AWFUL for NO reason!!! First, They cut our late night bowling short (Turning on lights early, turning off our bowling lanes early) before midnight. I understand that they were busy and had a long day/night and may have been wanting to get out of there ASAP. (Fine that’s ok…We got over that) some of our party left right away, others were still switching out of their bowling shoes to their regular shoes. (Mind you it’s ONLY a couple minutes after being cut short) BUT the older blonde haired lady working there come to us 2 min after midnight and was SUPER RUDE to us and was running us off and I felt that was uncalled for!!! She did seem a little intoxicated while working that night as well!!! My Husband was literally tying his shoes and I was cleaning up our table messes as I normally do/have in the past…We had our gifts, cupcakes, pizza, pop, ect…still on the tables and as our guests were leaving and others were still getting their shoes on to head out she comes over out of no where and starts rushing us out saying “We closed at 12 and you guys have to leave now!!!” We explained to her that “people were getting their shoes on/tied” as she can clearly see that, and that “We were cleaning up our mess” she then says “Don’t worry about cleaning it up, we’ll just do it!!!”…”Everyone has to get out and leave now” SUPER RUDE AND VERY MEAN ABOUT IT!!! On our way out My Husband proceeds to let the guy at the front desk know about our experience and the lady being rude and that it was uncalled for, and he did NOT CARE either as the “rude blonde lady was his wife” and he was also very rude!!! Which led to a situation that was uncalled for on our supposed to be special night for our Son. Soooooo with that being said please take that in consideration if you go here. We unfortunately will NOT be gathering here at this location anymore and we will travel...

I had a “birthday party” here this past weekend, we were told we could not reserve a party as it’s open bowl since league night was cancelled. This was on Tuesday (party was saturday). Come Saturday, we arrive an hour beforehand to reserve lanes for my “party”, only half of the lanes were in use. They told me they only had one lane available, i asked about the 10 lanes open and they told me it was for league night. I told them I was told league night was cancelled??? And they told me that it was not and they weren’t sure who told me that, which was in fact the same guy who was telling me this right now that told me on tuesday. Fast forward, i finally get 3 lanes. One of the guys checking me in gave me the “party package” but no benefits that came along with the package such as the bowling pin cups, pizza, and pop. I was given one hour of bowling for the package price. Then was told its $10 more for one pizza and a pitcher of pop, but that wasn't included in the package? No! When i came to the desk to talk to someone regarding price changes, we sat up there for 7+ mins while one lady was on the phone, one guy was sitting behind the counter on his phone, and another guy was at the other end talking to people he knew, cutting into our bowling time. I agreed to the price they gave me in the beginning but it kept changing depending on which person i talked too, and it was cutting into our bowling time that ALREADY started and not all kids had shoes yet! Our time was cut short and no one knew what they were doing. I understand its a big business, but everyone needs to be on the same page and not give out different types of information. Fast forward, my card was charged $80 over the amount we agreed on. When i called to dispute that charge, they told me there was nothing they could do about it, and i had to dispute with my bank. Im glad the children knew no different and enjoyed their time, but all the adults had a...
