Papa John's DAVID KEENER in heath was very rude I placed an online order and got the get 30 discount on my online receipt as well as the company sending an automatic email thanking me for my business as I reviewed the order that I had placed online I noticed that some items were missing so I begin to call the store to bring it to their attention as the telephone was answered I was greeted by very rude employee and there is lots of arguing in the background I begin to ask about the item that was missing and I wanted to ensure them that I would like to have it added the first employee that answered the phone was not very knowledgeable about the item so he then shouted to another co-worker in the background and discussed it between them while I was on the phone listening it didn't seem that the other employees knew much about the item either because there was obviously argument between them whether the other person was telling the man on the phone the correct price for the item I was trying to add he then got on the phone with me and stated that a manager was coming over to finish the conversation as the manager got on the phone he didn't discuss with me that he still had a balance due on my account and that he didn't see any discounts that were previously applied in my online order I received my digital receipt with the discounts applied and the total that was removed from my card he then told me he was going to charge me extra for the item that I was trying to get in which I explained to him that I had ordered the same item before and had paid for it and when I had received it there was only one when there should have been 4 so I was asking for them to make it right and then add it he refused and I went ahead and agreed to pay for it because I wanted to receive it this time he then told me that even though my card had already been charged that I needed to pay the delivery driver at the door cash because he did not see the discounts that had applied already and he wanted me to pay more money for which I had already got confirmation that my order was paid in full online I asked his name and let him know that I was going to be calling the store the next day to speak with the another manager he told me that his name was David Keener and he assured me that when we got off the phone he was going to be contacting his manager so that way they knew what was going on the conversation was rudely handled and then he let me know that he had other things to do and that he was not going to continue the conversation any further at this point as I'm waiting for my food I'm not very comfortable and thinking that the activity that is going on at Papa John's in Heath I'm hoping that because I wanted to verify that I was going to have all the items that I needed and had ordered and paid for I'm afraid that they may do...

The person on the phone read back my order and it was correct. When I arrived the cheese sticks was the only thing ready. The lady at the cash register said the person on the phone messed up and didn't put the calzone on the order. She said it be 15 min I understood what happened and said ok. I then asked her if I could get a fresh cheese stick also since I had to wait on the calzone. I didn't think they would be good sitting that long plus the ride home. The lady at the cash register asked a girl named CAM to put a new cheese stick in cam looked at her and myself and said "IM NOT DOIN IT. THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THOSE CHEESE STICKS. ITS NOT MY FAULT THE ORDER WAS WRONG" I told her it wasn't my fault either. They read back my order and it was correct. Then the lady at the cash register continued to tell me 3 other pizza places in town that have good calzones sending me away to buy my dinner at a competitor of yours. I'm not sure if they gave me the real name of "CAM" She is a very heavy set girl with blonde hair with very dark roots and glasses. She was VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO MAKE POPPA JOHNS MISTAKE RIGHT.    Read morePlaced an order online under a silly name because my kid thinks it's funny to get an order with a super hero name on the box. They cancelled my order without as much as a call. Got a confirmation email stating the order was confirmed. Sat for over an hour waiting. Finally called in to find out where our food was and finally got an answer after being on hold for 10 minutes. I was advised that the order was cancelled. My wife called back to see what they were going to do and Austin advised her they tried to call and got a message stating my number was wrong. We offered Austin to call the number while she was on the phone with him but he absolutely refused because they did not try to call to begin with. Austin then offers to take the 2.50 delivery fee off the bill for our inconvenience. Austin then proceeds to talk in circles and refuse to dial the number to prove they did not try to call. Austin then hangs up on my wife because "he has paying customers to take care of". Are you kidding me? This is the customer service level of ATT not a pizza place with less the a 3 star Google rating.
Update: was contacted to ask if the area manager contacted me. I advised them no I had not, and wasnt looking for a hand out because I'm not ordering from there anymore. I was advised I would be contacted by the manager but still have not...
