I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses but I feel this one is beyond earned. We have been begging to have our AC unit fixed since May and it is now August. It has flooded our attic 3 times, failed to hold temp even when we have it set at 75 and in the hottest part of the year we have had no air. We have called and been patient and had techs tell us they have tried everything they know and it's in the hands of the owner... Not a single call or care shown by the owner until we called the contractor that built the house. My house is 91°, I have kids that are beyond miserable, we're worried about mold in our attic from the repeated flooding and still no solution in sight. I am extremely disappointed in our experience. Especially when every single tech that showed up has told us they have no idea how to help us and the owner himself needs to check it out and he hasn't been able to be bothered to help his techs grow and learn a skill in...

My wife and I had a copper line split inside our kitchen wall during a winter freeze. I called Baker's Plumbing and they sent out a truck with 2 guys within just a few hours. I had asked for the copper line to be brazed, but they found it easier to cut the line and put in some PEX fittings and a short section of PEX line. The good news is, the repair has been fantastic and worked well, but the bad news is it was not the repair I had asked for. The bill came almost 30 days later, and I was charged $113.49, $60 of which was labor. I paid the bill, and then gave the matter no more thought. Four months later, at the end of June, I received a nasty-gram bill from them saying I had never paid, and that interest was accruing on my unpaid debt.

Horrible customer service. I called to have work done on my ac two years ago. I was told they would send someone over to give me a quote. No one ever came and no one even called. This year, I needed some plumbing due to a leak. Again, they took my information. Said someone could come within 48 hours. No one came. No one called. Horrible way to do business.
