Villa’s Tacos — Restaurant in Heavener

This place was absolutely horrible from the start. No air conditioning, terrible customer service, and I have had better Mexican food pretty much anywhere else. I can deal without the air conditioning as long as I'm getting great food. We wanted great authentic tacos, beans, and rice. We go to order and was told all we could order was tacos. No beans and rice or anything else for that matter. We were already there and mainly wanted tacos anyway so we go ahead and order 8 of them along with 2 Pepsi. When the food was ready we ask for our drinks and AFTER we already paid we found out that there were no Pepsi so we asked for our money back. They would NOT give us the money back for our sodas that they didn't have after telling us they did. So at this point we are extremely frustrated. We start to eat our tacos and the shells were very greasy and there was hardly any insides to them. The 'salsa' was the worst. Paid way too much for the food we got which didn't add up correctly anyway. Definitely got cheated that's for sure. I would not recommend this...

Stopped for a breakfast burrito to go. The place was all barricaded up I guess so the lady behind the counter didn't come in contact with covid. But you literally had to push the money under the clear plastic fastened tightly over the order window.

When the food came out, it was a big bean burrito. No eggs or potatoes etc. Just a large bean burrito that seemed to have been warmed up left over refried beans (it had some crunchy dried chunks in it like it had been scraped from the sides of the pan. I paid something like $6 for a bean burrito for breakfast! I was expecting eggs, potatoes, green chili etc.

They have great fresh corn tortillas here but I think I will pass on breakfast burritos...

First off the place has no air conditioning,which for good food I'm willing to over look. Then they had no beans or rice so no taco plate,well we are already here so I guess we will just get a few tacos. I dont know in what world 6- $1.37 tacos and 3 1.50 drinks added up to 16.00. Then the drinks we ordered they didn't, ya know coke or Pepsi but they refused to give money back so we were forced to drink hot water bottles. NEVER AGAIN the tacos were only decent, the shells were overly greasy and 1 tiny sprig or cilantro. With that said if your ever in ft.smith eat Miguel's Taqueria 3 Asada tacos beans and rice 5.25 plus the best hot sauce and plenty of lime,onion and...
