
Best dealership I have ever worked with. Beginning with my initial inquiry on a used truck, I spoke with Jayla, who was extremely attentive. I am located in Atlanta, so I had a few questions before deciding to make the drive to see the truck in person. Among other things, I asked her to send me pictures of the chassis/under carriage. Within a few minutes she had gotten underneath the truck and sent me a video showing me everything I needed to see. I cannot tell you how rare it is to get this type of info, especially so quickly. This act alone was enough for me to trust Buster Miles, and immediately solidified my desire to make the drive and purchase the truck. When I arrived, she greeted me with a smile, handed me the keys, and let me take a test drive. I should mention that before setting the appointment to look at the truck, she offered a free overnight test drive to let my mechanic have a look. This was another important piece that continued gain trust and confidence. During the test drive, I noticed an alignment was needed, which they handled quickly. Next, Jerry (who introduced himself after my test drive) was extremely helpful. Long story short, I was pre-approved for my car loan thru my bank USAA, however their system was down, which made the logistics of the transaction a bit tricky. Even though they were willing to accommodate my situation, I let Jerry run a credit check to see if he could provide a better rate. To my complete surprise, Jerry was able to get me a better rate for my loan. Wow! Fast forward a few weeks, and my tag/registration is still being processed. I called Jerry, who spoke with their title officer, Vanessa, who contacted me on her day off letting me know sheād get the info I needed next day to get a better understanding of my registration status. Vanessa had sent all the necessary info the day after purchase via UPS overnight. I was able to give the tracking info to my county tag office who confirmed receipt, and informed me of the processing times. I informed the sales person I was dealing with, Brandon, that I would call him in the afternoon to put down a deposit. Working nights I am not awake during the day and they are not open at 8 am when I get out of work. When I called to put down a deposit they sold the truck that morning. The second was a new truck that I right away put a deposit on. I was told it would be there and ready by Saturday. My husband and I now rearranged our schedule twice to drive the 100 miles to get the truck. When I called to make sure the truck had made it there and was ready as expected the sales person, Brandon, told me on the Friday afternoon and after me calling that there is a scratch on the back bumper from delivery. He said we could pick up the truck and bring it back Tuesday to have the bumper replaced. I for the 100th time told him we are 2 hrs away, I can not just drop by as he suggested. My husband then talked to the manager Patrick, who stated that Brandon did everything right and we just couldnāt be pleased. The customer service here from Brandon in sales to Patrick the manager was beyond bad. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. They do not do what they say, they drop the ball on every transaction we have had and did not even call to tell us not to drive 100 miles to pick the truck up. I had to call them before driving 2 hrs to make sure everything was in order. Unfortunately it was not. We want to buy a truck but never dill deal with this incompetent dealership ever again. It is a GM Certified Vehicle with only 2,900 miles. I called, made an early morning appointment but vehicle was not touched until I said something 1 1/2 hours after appointment time. Being "Certified" it is due 2 free complete full services through GM. Not sure but sorta think buster miles changed the oil but Nothing else. The reason my believing the oil might have been changed was because oil was spilled all over the passenger side engine bay, and both inner and outer fenders of our 2,900 mile Chevrolet Corvette! Another mishap, the cap was off antifreeze coolant tank... Driving over to buster miles the drivers information system told me my tires were low on air. After my buster miles visit while driving to an appointment (late due to buster miles) the drivers information system showed the tire inflation being low, exactly as before "service" Also the exact same location on vehicle which proves Not A Single Tire was touched, checked or Rotated. When I got ready to leave, buster miles presented me with a bill for my 1st free complete service under the GM Certified Vehicle Program. I called the same day and spoke with the service advisor who wrote up our Corvette, telling him of Each Of These Issues. Some 3 months later, NOTHING From buster miles Chevrolet.
