On first glance when pulling into the parking lot this felt a little underwhelming. But literally as soon as I started walking around the detail around every corner was amazing. I could have spent much longer walking around and checking out everything. For example, there were piles of bricks and clay pieces that looked like discarded pieces but when you get closer each piece was unique and cool. Definitely recommend visiting.

We were able to peek into the residence studio, which I might not do next time just out of respect for the artists who were working when we walked through. But the studio was very interesting inside.

The sales gallery was very nice and displayed a variety of styles from all the residents for sale to visitors like me. And of course they had some 'The Bray' merch like stickers and shirts for sale as well.

Lindsay is a GEM! She needs a raise! Her customer service was beyond amazing! My kiln relay went out when I had 6 loads of Greenware to fire. I frantically called and she helped me get my relays I needed and also personally delivered my order to the post office because the mail guy didn’t come Saturday. Fantastic store. They have everything a Potter needs. The vast amount of products they have is impressive for such a little out of the way store. Their clay is superb. I've been shopping here for around 15 years, and NOT once have I gotten a sub-par product. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and so much more.
