The ham arrived in a well-insulated box complete with a freezer bag to keep it cold. It came by overnight delivery and I unboxed it and put the ham in the fridge. It was sealed in plastic and inside the plastic, the ham was wrapped in foil and cling wrap. Now that's great packaging. I heated the ham with the foil left on in a 300 oven for about an hour. It got a bit dried out on the top so some of the glaze was lost. I used a cast iron dutch oven to heat it which helped to keep it moist. I served it with homemade peach chutney and the guests loved it. The ham flavor was very subtle and not too salty or smoky. Most had seconds. Can't wait to get started on the leftovers which will do very nicely in split pea and ham soup, ham loaf and, of course, ham sandwiches. We purchased a ham a few weeks ago for our family Christmas. We cooked the ham per the instructions that came in the box. We started eating the ham and found that the it unfortunately had no taste.
