I have been coming here off and on over the last several years and I have always had a positive experience. I now utilize this office for myself and my young child's general Healthcare and am still quite pleased. The waiting room tends to be quiet and there's always a cute family friendly program playing, there is also plenty of seating and a security guard for additional assistance if needed. The front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, the back of house staff amd nurses are equally wonderful, I have been seen by/my son has seen by 4 physicians there and have had a positive experience with each of them. Extremely COMPETENT, Compassionate Care This clinic is THE BEST!!! Words alone cannot express how Grateful I am to this clinic. My darn autoimmune conditions are really tough and Dr Carmencita & Kevin are phenomenal!!! Dr Carmencita has got to be one of the most intelligent women I have ever met. Kevin, world’s greatest MA. Absolutely love it here! I came here because I had issues with Valley OBGYN (horrible place btw) I had to do my 6 weeks postpartum exam and they wouldn’t accept me. So I called my imsurece to request a new obgyn and they said I had to get a referral from my primary. So I called my primary provider they sent me to the Hemet office. I called to make an appointment and they accepted me the same day!! They work with “MyChart” an app where you can see all your visits, your doctors notes and make appointments (in clinic, over phone, or video).
