Westend did a FANTASTIC set of custom seating cushions. Impressive customer service and craftsmanship. Noely as well as Lupe guided me in creating the most fantastic set for my space.

I spent over three years researching and searching for the BEST company to create my environment. I am glad I found Westend and learned of their high standards. I have seen their work on showrooms of distinguished retailers. I believe I got the top of the line.

I was looking for custom furniture on our relaxing side of the deck. With a custom exotic frame on bench, my requirements were to have single cushions for the entire lenght. Also, 8" bottom cushion and triangular back cushion. After reviewing my request Lupe advised me on details I miss calculated for the final appearance. (Very grateful for that). Also, I asked them for delivering the cushions in an impossibly short time to northern California, for a gathering I had that weekend. Noely assured me that "nothing is impossible at Westend"! About 6 months ago, I had them replace the fabric on two lawn chairs. The chairs sat by my pool and were seldom if ever used last fall or winter. When I sat in one last week, the fabric on the seat ripped away from the stitching. When I took it back to Westend to have it repaired, I spoke with the same woman who wrote up my order for repair. She remembered me, and she showed me the same choices for fabrics that she showed me 6 months ago. I chose a different fabric. When I asked what the price would be, it was the same that I paid six months ago. When I asked for a discount because of their poor workmanship on my first repair, I was told that they would charge me the same again because I had not saved my receipt from the first purchase. What an amazing find. Shopped and shopped and was referred by a fabric professional. So glad I followed up. They did an amazing job well under the time frames of shops in Orange County and for 30% less. All quality material these are better than new, well they are all new, but much better than the original cushions. Looking for another patio set so I can get more cushions done.
