I am a 43 yr old stay home mom of 2 teenagers and I’m so grateful to now say I am also a certified HVAC technician thanks to NTI.🙏 I actually got to attend this school and graduate with my 18 yr old son which was a priceless experience. I was the oldest in the class and he was the youngest, lol. Ive never done anything like this before and I feel very empowered by the knowledge and hands on experience I gained in this course. I loved going to school every day to learn something new and see the friendly smiles from the staff when I walked in. Shout out to Gabby, Marriana, Amber, Laurie, Jasmine and Jose👍 My 2 instructors, Jonathan Wilson and Erik Vasquez, were so knowledgeable and had many years of experience in the field so I felt confident in the information they were teaching me. They also made me feel very comfortable asking questions if I didn’t understand something and they were always able to give me a different example to help it make more sense to me. I understand things now that I never thought would be possible for me because they seemed to complicated. I understand the refrigeration cycle, I know all the components of an HVAC system, I know how to use my gauges to check the pressures to know if a unit is over or under charged, I know how to wire the system properly, I learned how to diagnose problems with a unit, I passed my EPA certification so I’m legally qualified to handle refrigerant and the list goes on and on……The experience me and my son have had at this school is priceless. The main reason I wanted to write this review was to help anyone else that is wanting to get into a new trade and a looking for a quality school that truly cares about the success of their students. If that is you… then please give NTI a chance and go in for a tour to see for yourself. Knowledge is power💪

The folks over at NTI of Las Vegas know what they’re doing! Like most experiences in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you’re dedicated to learning the skilled trades, then your instructors will be dedicated to you. My instructor for the Summer 2025 session was Mr. S and he is a Top Dawg. Mr. S is incredibly knowledgeable in the field of HVAC/R and his teaching style was engaging and intriguing. The state of the art on-campus labs are teeming with equipment that will give you a taste of what to expect in the field and were definitely my favorite part of attending NTI. Success will come to you if you remain curious and ask questions! If you’re someone who is looking at entering the skilled trades, I absolutely would recommend attending NTI over the other options available in Vegas. Good luck!

I went to college for 4 years and left a stressful career in the medical field for the HVAC trade. I selected the NTI HVAC fusion program because it came highly recommended and I see why. Caleb & Wilson were my instructors and did an amazing job. They were patient and made my experience so enjoyable. They were professional and extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC trade. The day I graduated I already had an interview with a company lined up and 4 hours after class on my last day I already had a job offer because my employer prefers to hire NTI students because they are so good after the program. I wouldn't have been successful without the help of NTI and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into the trades.

I took the electrical program. Jake was great with the hands on teaching, being understanding, and well informed when it came to questions and/or requests for clarification, the few times I came up with something he didn't know off hand he made sure to find out and follow up. Albert was a great help as well when Jake was busy with other students I was able to come to him and get answers. I loved how everything was explained in a way that made it all seem easy, even the math. I also liked how involved Derek was in terms of checking in with the class and the students on a regular basis.

As time went on I loved how the students began helping each other out whenever we had issues as a result of the knowledge and confidence we had gained throughout the course.

The atmosphere was amazing and gave a nice introductory view of what it's like being on a construction site. The jokes, conversations, playfulness were well enjoyed and best of all it was all done in a safe manner. The only part that was missing was the hammering... After being given so many hammer options, though that is more a limitation of the building owners than the school itself in my opinion, the workaround solution of using drills and screws for the wood studs I felt was a good compromise.

I loved the feeling that we were essentially given limitless supplies to practice and practice and practice. Also the encouragement to explore and try various things that while still in the essence of the class was beyond the initial goal was great.

Bending 3/4" conduit on the other hand sucked... Must...

Before national technical Institute I wasn't quite sure about what trade I should get into. The way I found out about national technical institute was on the news on how the program was very helping in preparing people like myself in the work environment getting your feet wet before you even go out and start to work a job like this even for someone who is a beginner it's A real good program anybody should try it. I felt that the moment I saw it on the news then looked at the reviews and then went by and checked it out I knew this is a place for me to develop a new kind a trade. I'm really happy that I experienced this program and that I learned a lot of new things that I never learned even when I was in construction this is terrific everybody should give this a try if you need to find something or if you need to do something if you love air-conditioning units like I do then this is for you. My instructor Ed was really good at explaining giving us ideas on what to do and even said that if ever we struggle with something out there in the field we can always give them a call or anybody a call and ask them what it is that could be a problem we're struggling with. I also like how they post all the job options out there and what is the look into and they always tell us and prepare us just in case can we go do interviews I actually am glad that I took at the institution it was great a great...
