I love fine dining and elegance and this was truly a gastronomic experience. We didn’t expect much hiring a private chef but Christophe and his staff provided a very friendly atmosphere and a very nice service. The best dish was a beef tender with vegetables cooked in a total different way, the carrots were called “burned carrots”. It was a novelty to us and probably some of the best food we’ve had !
