Rose’s on Norlina Road in Henderson NC , Steve and Mike are awesome! Steve went above and beyond calling different locations to find the couch I wanted. He arranged to have it shipped to the Henderson store that was much closer for me. Mike helped as soon as I entered the furniture area and never hesitated a bit going straight to get from the storage area. He maneuvered through the store as they were in the midst of stripping and polishing the floors and helped to load the couch. I am very pleased with the service I received and the pride they took in their jobs. I wish more customer services had this dedication.
