Burger King — Restaurant in Henderson

This place is horrible. I pulled up at 6:30 in the morning and was told in the Drive-Thru that the drive-thru is closed due to lack of employees I must come inside to place my order. When I pulled around and pulled in there was one female and one male employee behind the counter both were on their phone texting and would not even give me eye contact when I walked up to the register I'll place my order for two bacon egg and cheese croissants and a large Coke two junkies walked in begging for money ask me for a ride I finally got my food one of the sandwiches was missing the egg both sound very cold and went to get Coke from the machine and the Coke was out. I just don't understand how you can tell me due to lack of employees I have to come inside and when I come inside you and your cook or just standing there texting in the front like your inconvenience because I walked in I didn't tell you to come to work I did not tell you to get a job at Burger King if you don't like it don't come to work I'm so tired of seeing people like this at jobs that they don't like and they're mad at me because I'm...

Ordered double whopper with cheese, no onions & no mayonnaise. Got in the car & it had both onions & mayonnaise on it. I took it back inside & very apologetically explained that we ordered no onions or mayo. The employee took it from me, never said one word to me. Instead of just remaking the burger, she proceeded to go find & talk to the guy who made it. The guy finally came back to remake the burger, & was very nice about confirming what ingredients I did & did not want. I complimented him for the burger looking so perfect & went back to my car. Unfortunately, when I opened the new burger, I discovered that there was only 1 burger patty on it instead of 2. So it had been replaced for a single Whopper instead of the Double Whopper I ordered. Although the Whopper was good, I only got a Single Whopper, when I paid for a Double Whopper. Based on the poor service I had received the first time, much less when I took it back, I thought it was best not to go back in again, for fear of annoying the employees more, as well as the concern of them spitting...

The Burger King on Garnett Ave Henderson NC. Horrible service worst customer service I have ever seen. On 11/24/2021 around 7pm pulled up to the drive in order board, we sat and sat no one even acknowledged us at all, we beeped our horn and said hello is anyone there, no answer about sitting there for about 5 minutes we just left. While leaving we noticed there were no customers in the dining room and non in drive in and could see employees just standing around.
