Mike and staff are courteous and friendly. They offer multiple financing options, including in-house financing.

Now, the reason for the one star.

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. During the test drive the vehicle indicated the airbag system needed servicing.

Upon discussing the issue with Mike, he stated they would not fix the issue, whatever that may be, nor would they pay to have it checked out for safety. Mike went on to state, they require anyone purchasing a vehicle, to sign an airbag waiver; absolving them of any liability.

What horrible ethics for a business owner. Not to mention the danger presented to the customers....

Very pleased with Stillwells. They have such a great team of people and is there to help you find the car right for you. I got a car from them and I'm very happy with the business they give me. They have a wonderful warrenty and makes sure that your car has no issues. They have been so generous i needed something worked on with my vehicle and they came to my house picked up the car fixed it and brought it back to me. I Don't know where to start. First of all I asked the price on a vehicle that was parked on his lot come to find out it was his own personal vehicle my husband just loved it. Well he sold us his own Tahoe. Made my husbands day. Not only that from the time we stepped in the office great service staff was great and all. Made me fill comfortable and at home.
