We got our wood stove through Energy Plus last year and the whole experience has been the best! We were able to learn everything we needed to through our sales rep, Chris, who never pressured us and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The guys they sent to do the install were amazing, took great care when getting the job done, and provided a bunch of tips and guidance about using the stove. They were even able to put us in touch with a seasoned wood supplier. Chris walked us through the tax credit and home insurance issues and has been checking in with us to make sure that we're still happy with everything.

We've since bought some sauna gear and a portable pizza oven here and when it comes time to get a hot tub, this is where we're going first. I shopped around when looking for the wood stove but no one was as knowledgeable, attentive, and provided the same guarantees that they do at Energy Plus. They really take the time to ensure that you're making an informed decision and using their products the right way. I went in for an estimate on a solar energy system. The person I spoke to would only speak in vague generalities of a system (which can easily be found on the internet). He was either too disinterested in actually introducing me to sometime who could help, or too lazy to figure out what I may need. He asked how many kWh I use per month (which I didn’t know off hand), so I looked it up since I thought it would help. He didn’t even use that information when provided with it. I was given a card and told to call a particular person for an estimate (he said, if they determined that I really wanted to invest in a system). I can do that from home, and if I took the trouble to drive there, I expect a little more.
