The sales associates who waited on us, were not only Friendly, but they were Both very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to videogames. Their selection of videogames appeared decent enough, and we didn't appear to have too much difficulty cashing in our store credit. However, BE ADVISED! If anyone has accumulated in store credit that they're looking to cash in? You best keep tabs on them, as GameStop has updated its policies, in regards to this. My wife ordered little hope for me as an anniversary present and paid extra shipping to have it delivered the day it was released oct 30. It is now nov 3 and it is STILL NOT HERE. So nobody is responding to the emails on the main site and an employee i talked to at this location said it has not been released yet but can't explain how best buy has it in stock on oct 30th. I came in 3-24-24 and still disappointed. They now open all the games meaning there is no way to return it and they are selling opened games for new prices. NEW MEANS UNOPENED.
