I think this dairy queen should be sold to either of the owner of west Middlesex dq or the owner of the sharpsville dq. I'm not sure why this place has always been soooo slow. We finally gave up on this dq last summer when an employee got in my sons face calling him I lier when he asked them to fix his order. I watched her get in my sons face then when I went up and confronted her she changed her tone i complain to a manager and they didn't seem to care since the employee in my sons face was becoming a manger. This place is a joke today we waited 25 minutes for a single cheese burger meal and a kids meal. They said it was taking so long because they were making fresh burgers. So when we finally got our food mind you our fries waiting under the heat lamp for 20 mins my burger was cold cheese wasnt even melted witch is crazy because I watched the sandwich maker put my sandwich in the microwave before it went under the heat lamp. I could keep goin about the nasty noisy dinner room. Let's just said after wait 15 mins for a kids blizzard after all that WE WILL NO LONG BE BACK TO THIA STORE TILL ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT OR OWNER. I ordered an Oreo blizzard ice cream sheet cake for my husband’s birthday from the DQ in Hermitage across from Walmart. After I got home after ordering the cake, I remembered seeing chocolate drizzled down the sides of a round cake in the freezer section. So I called them later and asked if there would be drizzled chocolate on the sides of the sheet cake I ordered. A girl answered and asked somebody, and they said yes, which I was happy to hear. I just picked up the cake and brought it home, took it out of the box so it would fit in our freezer. Guess what-no drizzled chocolate on the sides! I called DQ the one across from Hermitage and spoke with a young lady who said she was the manager. I explained the issue to her and she replied they don’t drizzle chocolate on sheet cakes because it soaks through the cardboard. I was noticeably upset since I was told yes they did drizzle chocolate on my cake when I called. The manager didn’t go out of her way to apologize or try to make things right! We’ll never patronize the DQ across from Walmart again. Their customer service is terrible! We’ll go to DQ ON East State Street or...
