I’ve come here three times in the past two weeks after 4 PM, and every time, the store has been closed. The first time, I arrived at 5:30 PM and found it closed—I assumed you had closed early, which I understood. The second time, I arrived at 5 PM, and again, it was closed. I called and spoke to a guy who told me they had closed early. I asked about the store’s business hours since the door sign and online listing both say 6 PM. He told me they are usually there until closing time—which was odd, because my last visit proved otherwise.

Today was my last straw. I arrived at 4:35 PM, and once again, the store was closed. I won’t be coming back. If you want customers and sales, this is not the way to do business. Many people work during the day and look forward to visiting after hours, but from what I’ve experienced, this store has no real interest in sales or customer service.

The posted business hours are misleading. Be direct and accurate. Sorry, but after three failed attempts, I won’t be giving this place...
