Bryan Restaurant — Restaurant in Hialeah

I use to come to this restaurant often. But ever since its been under new management I stopped going. The remodeling is really the only thing thats great. They are trying to make this an upscale restaurant in a low income area. They have doubled on the prices with the same taste of food (same cook) it makes no sense at all, also smaller portions of food. Only difference is fancy plates and a flower. This place use to be packed with all kind of people from the area cause it was affordable but honestly it has lost plenty of faithful customers that have gone for years. Then they charge extra if you want to eat the cooked food at a table which is ridiculous! If you order from the menu it takes about 30 minutes to be served. No salt or pepper at the table or given, you have to wait until they notice you so you can ask for some. The waitresses from before were fast, attentive, and very welcoming, the current waitresses look like they dont want to be there or like if they are mad. My honest opinion. Back a year ago I posted a 5-star review about Brayan’s Restaurant. Food keeps being well cooked, delicious and tasty. 5 stars to the chef, I don’t know her/him but it’s good to have someone who’s an expert chef. Now the cons: It’s no secret prizes have gone up like crazy, but cashiers at this restaurant can’t decide, don’t know or pretend they don’t know the real prize of the menus when you ask. Sometimes they tell you a pork leg is 25, then 30, now an even smaller size of pork leg os 50 dollars. I’m willing to pay like 30 or 35, it’s ok, but 50 bucks for something that a couple of months ago was just 25 bucks, smells fishy. So they play with the prizes at their own will. They don’t even post them so you can decide. Sorry guys, I’m gonna miss your delicious food, but I won’t even order again from you neither to take out, Uber Eats or whatever. Our 1st time here I was little scared to try this spot because my family is picky but I'm super happy I chosen this place. 1st we was greeted by everyone. The restaurant was clean. The food came out super fresh and fast my mom ordered something customized not really on the menu and with no problem they made it for both her and my brother and when they received it and ate they were super happy with it. My daughter is a pickey pickey child and doesn't like to eat and I must say there chicken fingers and fries are amazing we all was eating out her plate as well as my daughter. Our steak eggs and fries (#12) was amazing to. Omg and there COFFEE ughhhhhh it was perfect strong and creamy. I will be coming back every chance I get to visit my family in Miami.
