I’m very disappointed with this store. The gentleman that works there almost everyday took the sizes of all my groomsmen and my father and husbands father, and we’ve had to go back several times for changes because all the sizes were wrong. Then, I was promised that all the groomsmen shirt would match my husbands shirt which is ivory and when we picked up the suits, only my husbands was ivory. I was also promised vests under the jacket, which is written on paper and the gentleman said my husband had asked for everyone to not have one, and I went every single time with him so that’s a lie. It really bothers me that he didn’t want to take my word for certain things because it wasn’t on paper but then when It was convenient to him, he said yes the paper says that but your husband said he didn’t want it. Sorry sir, it’s not on paper so where’s your proof? He knew how unhappy I was, and I kept telling him I needed the vests and he repeatedly told me he didn’t have them, and then took it upon himself to yell at me as well as his wife or whoever the woman is that works there. Very unprofessional, and rude. Then proceeded to offer me pills to calm me down. Let’s talk about illegal now. It’s one thing to promise something and not deliver, but another thing to break the law. I kind of wish I went in there with a go pro to record him, because it’s not like I even yelled at him. I asked politely and he got angry and offered me pills. This man should be out of business for his poor people skills and for not abiding by the laws of this country. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you like to be stressed the day before your big event. Worst service I’ve ever received anywhere, and I will never be back. I went there yesterday to shop for my daughter quince dress. I had my sister and mom go also to enjoy this experience. When we got there the last tells us it could only be 1 person with the quinceanera which I found that strange being usually the rooms are very large. But I went with it leaving everyone behind. My daughter tried on a few dresses and every time she tried one on we have to walk all the way to the front of the store for someone to see her. During one of The Times that we went to the ICA woman come in with like 4 different people laughing with the front desk lady that was taking care of me which I found Very unfair being the she didn't even allow my sister to go into the sex and whether dropped his work just to look I dresses but because I guess she knew the people she was allowed to bring 5 different other people just to see her daughter and the dresses when I asked a lady she said O it's not a big deal she just knows the lady. Horrible service and horrible experience. Just left the store after waiting 2 hrs . I was a walk in but was tols they take walk ins along with appointments. I sat there for 2 hours and watched everyone after me come and go and not once did any of the staff look or attend to the “sign in sheet”. Once every half hour they would come and yell all any appointments?. It’s standard business practice that if you take both appointments and walk-ins you try to implement a system in place to accommodate both. I was serviced 7 years ago with my oldest for their prom dress also as a walk in and the service was outstanding. Perhaps it has exchanged owners because the whole vibe was completely different .
