The restaurant is very nice and clean. They have arcade games for the kids. The owners are truly pleasant and sweet people who make you feel right at home. The pizza and ice cream are phenomenal. They have so many ice cream flavors that I don't think I will ever be able to try them all. And they also create these amazing looking ice cream combinations with whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherries. Additionally they have a full restaurant menu ranging from pastas to steak. I was surprised to see so much selection with very reasonable prices. However, my favorite dish is the chicken soup, natural orange juice, Hawaiian pizza and the almond chocolate ice cream. The pork chops are very nice too. They also deliver for a nominal fee like $1.50 or something like that, which makes it very convenient on rainy days. This is a Great Cuban food spot. They use to be famous on their pizza but their ingredient quality seemed to have dropped from what it used to be. You should take advantage and eat while you are there otherwise taking food home can make the food harden and dry up giving it a far less experience than what you had expected. Sometimes the food may take a bit to make so be ready to wait at least 15 min for your order. The shakes are from ice cream so I always had a Great experience drinking their shakes. The prices are a bit too high compared to the quality food they serve but overall it's an Iconic spot in Hialeah you should definitely check out if you are in the area looking for a great ice cream shake. If I can give 0 stars I would, let me tell you right now don't ever go to this polo Norte! Go to the polo Norte on 186 Street. I got a palomilla with rice and I'm telling you right now the steak was disgusting and it tasted like if they got the meat from sedanos and cooked it , burnt, the rice was hard as hell and my son almost choked on it . I'm telling you right now don't ever show up!!!!!! The manager was so rude and told Me off in front of his customers, how rude is that!? Best polo Norte is the one in Miami lakes!!!!
