Purchased our Caldera hot tub from Jeff in Coralville, IA in December 2015. Very pleasant experience. Wasn't planning on buying one that day, but Jeff sold us with his knowledge. We did our research and thought we knew what brand we were going to purchase...but after sitting in several that day changed our mind. The two gentlemen that delivered and did the setup were great. Stephanie, from the Cedar Rapids office, came over the next day to go over instructions. She was also very knowledgeable on the hot tubs. There was some maintenance to learn but not that hard. Of course she was correct when she said you'll be calling..... Everyone does... No matter what time we called her she always responded in a timely manner. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa to everyone.

We bought an above ground Radiant Metric Series pool from Blue Lagoon, and Breanna and the Blue Lagoon team have done an excellent job! Marcus Jasa and his crew (excavation/landscaping) are outstanding, and the pool is up and running smoothly way ahead of schedule. From the time we went in to the office the staff has been so easy to work with. They make themselves accessible for the duration of the project and are patient with newbie customers asking lots and lots of questions. Marcus and his crew onsite had excellent customer service and were available for any call or question, any time. Their communication was outstanding and our project was completed within a week.
