I mixed feelings with this review. My family and I have eaten here 3 times. The first time our food was good, not great, but no complaints. The last 2 trips have had issues. The prior trip all of the burgers at the table were rare. I ate mine because I don't mind my burger that way. The problem was that the other 4 burgers were off of the kids menu, for kids. All of the kids ate the perimeter of the burger and left 2/3 on their plates. To be fair, they did comp the burgers so it kind of lessened the blow. This time my family went with neighbor friends. My wife split a pizza with a friend. It was the "Mr Fungi," that has alfredo sauce in lieu of tomato based pizza sauce. My 6yr old daughter ordered penne noodles with alfredo sauce. When the food came out you could not see any alfredo sauce on either item. You couldn't taste it either. Our friend commented that there was no sauce to the waitress. The waitress agreed to get some side orders of extra alfredo sauce. 10 minutes later she came out and said that they were out and were making more and it would be out in a couple minutes. She kept her word and a couple minutes later she came out with 2 bowls of alfredo sauce. The alfredo was water thin, had no flavor and was grainy. Horrible. My wife also got a bowl of the chicken and wild rice soup. The description said that it had a "rich broth." The soup came out and it was chicken in a thin broth with rice. It was completely under seasoned and bland. Very bad. I very politely complained. The waitress knocked $2.25 off of the pizza and $2.00 off of the noodles and she charged us full price for the soup. We Have been here a handful of times with all being a good experience. Tonight, 7/13, was the exception. We actually left before we even ordered.

A server in a green shirt and blonde braided pigtails came to our table. And I have never had such a rude, grumpy server before. She didn’t acknowledge us as she was spraying us and the table with cleaning solution, or while wiping crumbs all over us and the seats. No greeting, not even a faint crack of a smile as she asked “do you want any drinks?” I asked if they have a drink menu and she said “the drinks are listed there. You can look at the chalkboard” and pointed behind her. There were 8 beers listed. No wines, no other beverages, etc. I then told her we might need a minute and so she turned and walked away.

I know ppl have bad days. I had been a server the first 5 years of my working career. But when you’re representing a business and may have ppl coming in for the first time, you kind of have to squash that. Or fake it at least. I was debating on asking if the other server could wait on us, because I really REALLY wanted their bbq chicken pizza, (super good!) but we just decided to leave and go somewhere else. We will probably try again another time, but hopefully that server is either no longer working there or has had a better...

First time dining here and there was a seat yourself sign. That would have been fine but every table and booth in the place were dirty. There were 3 tables with diners so it was not busy at all. We were never greeted. Waited at the bar for almost 10 minutes before anyone approached us and the bar had no patrons. I had to ask the waitress if she could wash a table and she did. After she took our order she never came back. Cook delivered our appetizers. I had to take my husband's drink to the bar to get a refill because we were never asked. A different female( not our waitress or the cook ) brought our food. Our waitress never stopped to check food quality until my husband had finished his plate. I asked her if she had forgotten about us . She gave us a sob story that she was having personal problems. We watched her walk around and follow other co workers almost the entire time. Also, worth mentioning she did not have her hair tied back and was constantly playing with it. Stars are only for the food quality and the friendly cook who delivered our appetizers.
