Bad experience! They postponed the initial appt by calling the day before. Second aplt also postponed. I can live with two postpones to accommodate sudden changes in schedule, even though I had to change my schedule to accommodate them.
Adam, the tech,, arrived and worked for an hour on came a partially set up stereo. I had it all set up except for the frequency analyzer inputs and a couple amp feeds.. He was friendly but not familiar about the equipment. I have a high end system. Tech left me with a non-connected center speaker and an unused amp, even thought I explained the amp setup. Jeff came a couple of weeks later, and couldn't figure it out. He consulted with his tech, and called me the following week and said they wouldn't service my stem because it wasn't purchased from the.m. So after 8 weeks and $100 spent, I have a $15K stereo that iss only partially set up.

Read moreWe moved from Madison, WI to Marion, IA with our audio system intact, ten months ago. The two channel system features Martin Logan 13A Expression ESL. These have Anthem Room Correction available and built into each speaker. We also purchased the Perfect Bass Kit (microphone and stand) to go with the ARC. Still, software needs to be downloaded and each speaker individually calibrated. Martin Logan tried, to no avail, to identify a local dealer in Iowa that would perform the room calibration. By a stroke of inspiration I thought to contact Anthem’s website and found Hawkeye Audio/Video. Yes they are familiar with ARC and have used it before. Enter Adam Hawkins who immediately knew what we wanted, set up the microphone at ear height, took measurements from the sweet spot and on the left and right side of the sweet spot. He shared the graph of the sound in the room before correction; it looked like a roller coaster. After correction the graph was almost ruler flat; not a .0001 difference!
