The staff was very helpful and problem was with Slumberland The problem came a few days later. I slept in my new mattress for 3 nights and decided I really didn’t like it. It was not comfortable. Because I did not purchase Slumberland’s “mattress protectorl” I am not able to return the mattress. I should not have to pay for return privileges. Most mattress companies allow you a number of days to try it out.
I have 2 mattress pads on it and had only slept on it for 3 nights when I came back to the store. So if I paid you $75 you wouldn’t have worried about dust mites and cleanliness? This is not a good policy. I guess I could have driven to Chisholm. They would have delivered my new one, removed my old one and given me 120 days to try it out - at no extra cost....
   Read moreWell! I knew Slumber land was a LARGE retail outlet. But I was wowed by two complete storeys or floors full of the finest and posh fine furniture at sometimes very affordable prices! The variety is not only low-end and high end, but yeah, the colors of the couches are cool earth tones or clean white that fit color codes with color of walls and carpet 👌 Coming from me: choosing or deciding on which couch or sectional to get also hinged on its construction. The built in recliners and foot rests with the sectionals are almost doctor recommended as beneficial and therapeutic to us older folk who need to watch their posture because of spine and neck health. I ended up purchasing both a tv stand and very nice recliner in price ranges I could afford. I also came upon an area rug that was used as a display that caught my eye. It was the colors I was looking for and the price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend slumberland to my friends. I’m thankful that they will be delivering all my items sometime in October. I appreciated sherry letting me know that delivery was going to take some time due to COVID-19 and I was certainly ok with that and understood the situation.
