If I could get any less star on here I would. We lived there a year in apartment 31. Had decent neighbors. Paid $621 a month after my fiancé's military discount. They will do anything to get you to rent. The moment you are in they don't care. We had multiple leaks from our AC into the lower apartment, AC broke 4 times (literally, not an exaggeration). The management is garbage. They will do anything to make a dime. We have two dogs and cleaned up after them being out because we lived right next to a dumpster. However, the guy across from us was lazy and they tried to pin that mess on us. The floors creaked and AC rattled. I complained on a survey they sent me and they sent someone out to fix the floor. That was the ONLY good thing. My neighbors were actually surprised because they keep trying to charge them to fix basic maintenance things. I will say their maintenance department is straight crap. Wes is the best thing they have all together. He's not even the maintenance supervisor but he's the only one doing anything and especially doing it correctly. God bless that man because he was absolutely awesome!

After moving out they said we left with a dirty stove and broken drip pan. We barely used the stove because we work second shift and never eat at home. They tried to tell our neighbors who moved out at the same time they had two stains on the floor. The neighbors asked for pictures and they sent pictures of the same stain at two angles. When my neighbor called them out on it they then reduced it to one stain. Do NOT trust them and do NOT move here. Pay the extra money and go to the Legends. Never lived there but...

As far as the office and maintenance staff goes, this is the best place I've ever rented from. They're always prompt and really friendly. They've even helped me out when I've had trouble with my own appliances.

In our particular 2br 2ba complex, the kitchen is the only thing that could use an update, and yes, the walls are thin - but after touring 6 or 7 complexes in this area, it was the BEST option by FAR. I've been here nearly 2 years now and I've never had a negative experience, I just had to learn what my limits are with noise (I'm hard of hearing and want to respect my neighbors).

This staff works hard to make sure all of your needs are met. The move-in process isn't too stressful, and if you renew your 12 month lease they will professionally clean your carpets. I've never seen a single pest. The pools and yard work are maintained almost TOO regularly, lol (the landscapers are always doing amazing work). Pretty much everyone I've encountered here are responsible, quiet adults who pick up after their pets. The parking lot was repaved last year and its never too packed, and security patrols the area regularly. If there is any suspicious behavior in the area, you will immediately get an email.

I really do love it here, I just wish the rent wasn't so high - but for the location, it makes sense. If you find a 2br 2ba apartment around here without carpet and an updated kitchen, you're looking at $1,500- $2,000 a month before utilities...

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They're a bunch of liars and theives and maintenance is awful! Constantly had problems out of the place then when I moved out they tried to charge me all kinds of things that were not my fault and/or were never explained as charges. When doing repairs (which was all the time) they would leave their equipment in my place for days at a time not picking it up after the job was compkete, one time didn't bother to lock my door back after maintenance and another time made a HUGE mess in my apartment with a note that said they would be back they were on lunch.... you don't stop in the middle of your job like that for lunch. I come in one night to water all over the place where they had broken a pipe and didn't bother to clean it up and left a sopping wet dirty towel that WASN'T mine in my bathtub as well.... they didn't offer to compensate us or help us out in any way they made excuses for the staff instead..... they over charged for a piece of crap place and treat you horribly. NEVER would I EVER...
