Maintenance is hit or miss. In three years the only thing they fixed in a timely manner was the sink knob and fridge. In all three years they never fixed the dishwasher that kept overflowing with nasty water anytime the sink was used. When our heat went out maintenance told us what aisle to find a heater at Lowe’s hardware. Legally they are required to provide heat. They cared more about “renovating” empty apartments instead fixing their occupied ones. While renovating the apartments they left furniture, trash, and flooring in the middle of walkways making it nearly impossible to walk through. When we first moved in our rent was $600 and we paid an extra $30 a month for dogs. They added an extra $30 to our rent without notice or explanation when asked. By the time we moved out after three years we were paying $700 for a rundown studio apartment. A service fee of $20 just to pay your rent online is ridiculous especially when there’s no other way to pay. The people on the bottom level on the studio side have to deal with flooding in their apartments when it rains because, they don’t clean the leaves...

I fell over uneven sidewalk on the first floor on February 11th of this year. I have been out of work for two months. They are still getting rent but have not fixed the sidewalk nor have they showed any signs of caring about it and there is a lot of elderly that live here that could easily fall there also. Stay away from this place at all cost. Moved out in May of that same year and they are now trying to get me to pay for the months of a six month lease that I was unable to do so because I lost my job due to the rotater cuff surgery I had to have due to this fall on...

keep away from this place. They dont spray for bugs and the little laundry room they have has the worst washing machines. The place at night has next to no lights at night and i had someone try to pick my door lock (thought it was my s/o trying to get in) so when i opened my door the took off. this place is just not worth the money they...
