Great clothes however the customer service is lacking...a lot. I purchased two sets of scrubs and had to take one set back simply bc I liked the way the other set fit better. I asked if I could return for the higher priced set and was told ok. Then I went to purchased the next set and the lady acted as if I was ruining her day. She looked in the system to see if I was in there and said she hadn't put me in bc I lived a few towns over. ???? Really??? I'm not an entire state away!!! She still never put me in at all....I had even said I frequently come to Hickory. There was also a punch card that she never even offered me the first time and had I not pointed it out this time I wouldn't have one now. But that's ok, I probably won't be back! I am very disappointed in this place. I had to order scrubs for nursing school. I ordered a jacket, a scrub top and scrub bottoms. Thankfully I got my jacket and my top (and they look great) but not my scrub bottoms. When I asked about why I wasn’t getting these, the lady informed me that I “took them with me” the day I initially placed my order. This is not true and when I tried explaining this to her all I got was “it’s summer and it’s busy so you probably just misplaced them”. This is not the case as I would remember taking them home. Now given, the day I placed my order the lady had been dealing with some difficult customers prior to me ordering and probably forgot to mention I should take the pants home. However, I have now paid for pants that I won’t be getting. Definitely will not...

I used to shop at Reads when it was in Viewmont and loved going in there..Went in there today and what a nightmare..The lady working must hate her job and her life because she was so rude and hateful..Needless to say we will be going to Asheville from now on to get treated better and have wonderful customer service...Hope someone treats her or her kids...
